Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery for an unopened, unused product in its original condition and packaging. Contact support for authorization before sending it back.

Opened products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns. You pay the return shipping for a change of mind. If we verify an incorrect or damaged delivery, we cover the approved return cost when a return is required.

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

For cash-on-delivery orders, you can choose to receive an approved refund by bank transfer or mobile wallet.

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders

Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and affected product. We will review the information and provide the appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Contact support immediately if an order needs to be cancelled. An order can be cancelled before dispatch. Once it has been dispatched, the applicable return process applies. Routine exchanges are not offered; an approved return can be followed by a new order.
