Shipping within Pakistan

 

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas, holidays and carrier disruptions can take longer.

 

Shipping is Rs 250, or free when the order subtotal is Rs 10,000 or more after discounts. The carrier may vary by destination.

 

When tracking is available, we will send it to the contact details on your order. If you need to correct an address, contact support promptly; changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

 

Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders

 

Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging, and affected product. We will review the information and provide the appropriate resolution.
