Help with an order
Include your order number and a short description of what you need. For a damaged, incorrect or incomplete delivery, contact us within 48 hours and include photographs of the parcel and affected product.
Product questions and reports
You can ask about a product or request a laboratory report before ordering. Tell us the product name or the report you want. You do not need an order number for a pre-purchase question.
Need privacy or accessibility assistance?
Email support with the page or request you need help with. Please do not include passwords, full payment-card details, government identifiers or medical records.
