This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms and conditions for requesting a refund, return, or exchange to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible to request a return or exchange if your purchase meets the following conditions:

  • The product was bought directly from our official website: alpineshilajit.com

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order

  • The item remains unused, sealed, and in its original packaging

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to hygiene and safety concerns, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed

  • Customized or private-label orders

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Bulk or wholesale orders, except in cases of verified defects

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake

6. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, except when the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt for reference.

7. Exchanges

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

9. International Orders

For international customers:

  • Returns are accepted under the same conditions as above

  • You are responsible for any return shipping, customs duties, or fees

  • Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned item
