2. Eligibility for Returns

The request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order
The item remains unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to hygiene and safety concerns, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
