1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

To request a cancellation:

If the order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

However, you may still be eligible for a return or replacement according to our Return & Refund Policy.
You can contact us for help with returns or product concerns.


3. Subscription or Repeat Order Cancellation

If you subscribe to recurring deliveries (if applicable):

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations made after billing will apply to the next cycle, not the current one.

4. Incorrect Information or Fraudulent Orders

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete
  • Payment cannot be verified
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • The product is unavailable or discontinued

You will be notified immediately if your order is canceled from our side, and a full refund will be issued.


5. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

Refunds for approved cancellations are processed within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
